West Slope Pasture

Description

The West Slope Pasture Mix is an irrigated pasture blend consisting of cool season grasses and Medium Red Clover.  The 10% Red Clover is a small percentage of the mix, so bloat is not an issue however, it is a nitrogen fixing legume which is good for your soil and provides a higher protein component of your grass/hay.  To get the best performance from your West Slope Pasture Mix, fertilize in the spring and after each cutting.  The seeding rate is 20 lbs per acre and 25 lbs for hay production if you are drilling the seed.  Increase by 5 lbs per acre for broadcast seeding.

30%  Perennial Rye
