New this year, we are offering the Milpa Garden Cover Crop, both a cover crop mixture and an edible garden! It is a warm-season blend, so it should be planted when soil temperatures rise above 60 degrees (about June 1 in Montezuma County). Plan on 1 to 1.5 pounds per 1,000 square feet. The seed should be planted 3/4 to 1 inch deep.
