Legume Inoculants

We carry Exceed peat based inoculants which are applied to the legume seed just before planting.  These highly effective, living strains of rhizobia (nitrogen-fixing bacteria)  will colonize the plant roots to enable the plant to gather and fix the “free” nitrogen of the air, making it available to the plants. The symbiotic relationship the Rhizobium bacteria  has with your legume crop enables the seed to germinate quickly and stimulates plant hormones responsible for root formation and development. This brings more nourishment to the plant, which is evident by rapid and healthy growth with high-yield return.
